Notes: The wine quality comes from the soil structure in the 8.8 ha (22 acre) vineyard where soil passes from dark sandy loam to the typical red soil of the area.
The closeness of the winery (500 metres) from the vines means the processing can commence literally within minutes of picking, hence the quality of the grapes is maintained from the vine to the wine.
