Notes: Lucas Estate Cellar Door and Winery are set adjacent to the vineyard in a quiet, bush setting about 7 minutes south of Stanthorpe. Visiters who call in around mid afternoon may well be greeted by our resident wallabies as they graze among the vines.
The wines are made on site from estate grown grapes with individual care and attention.
Owners Louise and Colin work at the Cellar Door and are happy to chat with visitors about all aspects of winemaking.
The Cellar door also houses a collection of artwork by Louise, who takes particular please in drawing and painting animals.
