Notes: 25 acres of vineyard on 3 different soil types. Most on river banks on edge of Wollombi Brook which provide excellent drainage. Some blocks on doleritic soil, remainder on weathered conglomeratic soils.
All grapes produced for own label are hand picked and cropped at about 1.5 tonnes per acre.
Shiraz grown on river bank blocks exhibits deep purple colour and rich mulberry flavours, complimented by 18 months in new American oak.

Directions: From Sydney head onto the F3 to Newcastle. Take the Peats Ridge exit just after Mt White and follow the signs to Wollumbi and then Broke. Once in Broke turn left into Milbrodale Rd and Adams Peak Road is the first road on the left. Follow the road until the end of Adams Peak and you will find Mount Broke Wines.
