Notes: As the mainland's southern-most winery, our grapes ripen slowly, developing intense varietal flavours & deep rich colours, then matured for up to 5 years in old & new French and/or American oak, continuing to develop in flavour and complexity after release.
When released, the wines will continue to develop in flavour and complexity, and slowly soften and improve for at least 8 to 10 years from the year of vintage.
All our table wines are 100% grown, made and bottled unfiltered at Windy Ridge by the owners.
