Notes: We believe in 'slow wine'! We dont irrigate and our vineyard is organic - slow grown is best - natures way. At 1150m above sea level we often get snow and the cool ripening temperatures result in a lingering pallet finish and intense colour.
We are passionate about producing great wine and our aim is that this year's vintage is the worst - we always get better.
